So I went to the gym for the first time since I got blasted in the eye. Probably should have waited a little longer but I've been dying to go. It was rather frustrating though, because with my glasses on as opposed to my contacts my depth perception was way off and I can't tell you how many times I swung my racquet thinking I was smacking the ball and end up just swing at air and hitting nothing. And of course Joey smacked me hard 2 more times with the ball once on my back and the other one right in the stomach a little bit to the side. I had a nice red mark there from it though It's faded pretty much now. I think it's going to leave a bruise but we'll see I don't really bruise easily.

I do have to apologise to all of my friends I've been very MIA lately. I feel pretty bad about a few things that I've flaked out on lately. Ah well I waited 25 years to grow up, I do miss what I think I'm going to start calling the peter pan days but all of us have to grow up some time. Though I have to say it's not always all it's cracked up to be. Ah well such is the way of life in this system of things.
